Senior Indenture definition

Senior Indenture means the Senior Indenture dated the date hereof between the Company and , as Trustee, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Senior Indenture means that certain Indenture dated September 15, 1998 providing for the issuance of senior debt securities of the Operating Partnership, which indenture is between the Operating Partnership, as issuer, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., successor to The Chase Manhattan Bank, as trustee.

Senior Indenture means this instrument as it may from time to time be supplemented or amended by one or more indentures supplemental hereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions hereof and, unless the context otherwise requires, shall include the terms of a particular series of Securities established as contemplated by Section 3.01.

• For all purposes of this Senior Indenture, the authentication and delivery of such Securities of such series by an Authenticating Agent for such Securities pursuant to this Section shall be deemed to be authentication and delivery of such Securities “by the Senior Trustee” for the Securities of such series.

• In the case of any redemption of Securities of any series prior to the expiration of any restriction on such redemption provided in the terms of such Securities or elsewhere in this Senior Indenture, the Issuer shall furnish the Senior Trustee for Securities of such series with an Officers’ Certificate evidencing compliance with such restriction.
