Senior Funded Debt definition

Senior Funded Debt means all Funded Debt (except Funded Debt, the payment of which is subordinated to the payment of the Notes).
Senior Funded Debt means all Funded Debt of the Company or its Subsidiaries (except Funded Debt, the payment of which is subordinated to the payment of the Notes).

More Definitions of Senior Funded Debt

Senior Funded Debt means, as of any date of determination for the Credit Parties and their Subsidiaries, all Funded Debt (including, without limitation, Extensions of Credit hereunder) which is not Subordinated Debt.
