Senior Counsel definition

Senior Counsel means a legal practitioner appointed by the President as a Senior Counsel of Namibia in terms of section 79(3) of the Legal Practitioners Act, 1995 (Act No. 15 of 1995).

Senior Counsel means a barrister in active practice who is entitled to use the post-nominals QC or SC in any one or more superior court in the Commonwealth of Australia or the Dominion of New Zealand.
