To the extent provided in the Trust Agreement, with respect to Realized Losses and interest shortfalls, the Subordinate Certificates will be subordinated to the Senior Certificates and each of the Subordinate Certificates will be subordinated to each of the other Subordinate Certificates with a lower numerical class designation, if any.
