Semipublic pool definition

Semipublic pool and "semipublic spa" means a pool or spa at a facility that:
Semipublic pool means an indoor or outdoor pool or spa on the premises of, or part of, a motel, mobile home park, apartment, condominium, subdivision, club, camp, institution, school or similar establishments where the primary business of the establishment is not the operation of a pool or spa and where admission to the use of the pool or spa is included in the fee, or consideration paid or given for the primary use of the premises to such groups and their invited guests.
Semipublic pool means a pool that is privately owned and open only to an identifiable class of persons, including, but not limited to, motel guests, apartment residents, and club members, which may also be referred to as a class C pool.

Semipublic pool means any swimming or spa pool less than fifteen hundred (1,500) square feet in surface area, the use of which is provided for and limited to defined persons, or multiple-family or cooperative groups such as, but not limited to, the guests, patrons, and members of hotels, motels, mobile home parks, apartments, condominiums, subdivisions, community clubs, private clubs, institutions, and schools, and their invited guests.
