Seminar Materials definition

Seminar Materials means all advertising and promotional materials, handouts, workbooks, presentations, manuals, software programs, and any other literature or material and other collateral items employed, provided, distributed, sold, or otherwise made available in connection with the Seminars.

  • Licensee shall provide Rich Dad (to the attention of Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxx) a syllabus (in such form as Rich Dad may reasonably request) for each Seminar and samples of all associated Seminar Materials (including any collateral items not bearing the Licensed Marks) at least 10 days prior to offering or conducting the Seminar or distributing or offering for sale or otherwise making available to the public the Seminar Materials.

  • Principles, books, information and other materials of Rich Dad, Robert Kiyosaki or Kim Kiyosaki to the extent that any such materials are incorporated in any Seminar Materials, Marketing Materials or other materials created by Tigrent and approved by Rich Dad as contemplated by this LOI and the definitive licensing agreement.

  • Licensee shall provide WIN a syllabus (in such form as WIN may reasonably request) for each Seminar and samples of all associated Seminar Materials (including any collateral items not bearing the Licensed Marks) prior to offering or conducting the Seminar or distributing or offering for sale or otherwise making available to the public the Seminar Materials.

  • The use of Licensed Rich Dad Business Information in any Seminar Materials or Seminar shall be subject to prior written approval of Rich Dad, including any such approval prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Tigrent shall provide Rich Dad, without charge, additional samples of each item of Seminar Materials from time to time as Rich Dad may request.

Related to Seminar Materials

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Publicity Material means the promotional gifts, catalogues, pamphlets and all and any advertising and publicity material whatsoever which an Exhibitor wishes to display, distribute or use at the Exhibition.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Literature We will furnish you with copies of each Fund's Prospectus, sales literature and other information made publicly available by the Fund, in reasonable quantities upon your request. We shall file Fund sales literature and promotional material with the NASD and SEC as required. You agree to deliver a copy of the current Prospectus to your customers in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Act of 1933. You may not publish or use any sales literature or promotional materials with respect to the Funds without our prior review and written approval.

  • Shareholder Materials means the Fund’s prospectus, statement of additional information and any other materials relating to the Fund provided to Fund shareholders by the Fund.

  • Nuclear material means source material, special nuclear material or by-product material;

  • Materials means things of all kinds (other than Plant) to be supplied and incorporated in the Works by the Contractor.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

  • special nuclear material shall have the meaning given it in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 or by any law amendatory thereof.

  • Advertising Materials means all advertising, merchandising, promotional and display materials of or concerning the Licensed Products.

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Non Commercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, related services, equipment, or components of or relating to the Solutions that are not proprietary to CentralSquare.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;
