Selling Period definition

Selling Period means any Forward Hedge Selling Period or any Issuance Selling Period.
Selling Period means the period of one to twenty consecutive Trading Days (as determined by the Company in the Company’s sole discretion and specified in the applicable Issuance Notice) following the Trading Day on which an Issuance Notice is delivered or deemed to be delivered pursuant to Section 2.03(b) hereof.
Selling Period means the period of one to ten consecutive Trading Days (as determined by the Company in the Company’s sole discretion and specified in the applicable Issuance Notice) following the Trading Day on which an Issuance Notice is delivered or deemed to be delivered pursuant to Section 2.03(b) hereof.

  • Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, on any Trading Day during the Commitment Period the Company may deliver to the Sales Agent a Sales Notice, and, upon the commencement of the Selling Period specified in such Sales Notice, which shall not be earlier than the Trading Day next succeeding the date of receipt by the Sales Agent of such Sales Notice, the Sales Agent shall use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts to sell the number of Shares specified in such Sales Notice.

Selling Period means the period of one (1) to twenty (20) consecutive Trading Days (as determined by the Company in the Company’s sole discretion and specified in the applicable Issuance Notice) including the Trading Day on which an Issuance Notice is delivered pursuant to Section 3(b)(i), if such notice is delivered prior to 3:00 p.m. (New York City time) and otherwise, following the Trading Day on which an Issuance Notice is delivered pursuant to Section 3(b)(i).
Selling Period means the period terminating at 6.00 p.m. on the day on which a super 66 draw takes place, or 5.00 p.m. on that day, if so determined by the Commission from time to time;
