Seller’s Affidavit definition

Seller’s Affidavit means the form of owner’s affidavit to be given by Seller at Closing to the Title Company in the form attached hereto as SCHEDULE 6.
Seller’s Affidavit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3(a)(ix).
