Seller Warranty definition

Seller Warranty is defined in Section 10(a)(i).

Seller Warranty means each warranty given by the Seller as provided in Clause 5.4 and “Seller Warranties” shall be construed accordingly;

Examples of Seller Warranty in a sentence

• Buyer shall provide a no defect in materials or workmanship warranty with respect to each product sold to an end customer for a period not less than the then remaining warranty period related to such product and afforded to Buyer pursuant to Section 11 (Seller Warranty) above.

• Seller Warranty: The sale or resale of specified source electricity is permitted among entities on the e-tag market path insofar as each sale or resale is for specified source electrici- ty in which sellers have purchased and sold specified source electric- ity, such that each seller warrants the sale of specified source elec- tricity from the source through the market path.

• Each of the Seller Warranties is to be construed independently of the others and is not limited by reference to any other Seller Warranty.

More Definitions of Seller Warranty

Seller Warranty means a statement contained in Schedule 2 and “Seller Warranties” means all those statements;
