Seller Trust definition

Seller Trust means the Attala 2004 Trust, a New York trust, and owner of 100% of the membership interests in Seller.
Seller Trust shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Acquisition Agreement.
Seller Trust has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
