Seller Transaction Documents definition

Seller Transaction Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).

Seller Transaction Documents means this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents to which Seller is or will be a party as contemplated by this Agreement.

More Definitions of Seller Transaction Documents

Seller Transaction Documents has the meaning given such term in Section 3.2.
