Seller Schedules means, collectively, the disclosure schedules, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by Seller to Buyer, as supplemented or amended in accordance with this Agreement, which forms a part of this Agreement.

Seller Schedules is defined in Article 3.

Seller Schedules shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Article V of this Agreement.

Examples of Seller Schedules in a sentence

Any claims Purchaser may have for breach of representation or warranty shall be based solely on the representations and warranties of Seller set forth in Article V hereof (as modified by the Seller Schedules as supplemented or amended).
Information disclosed in the Seller Schedules shall constitute a disclosure for all purposes under this Agreement notwithstanding any reference to a specific section, and all such information shall be deemed to qualify the entire Agreement and not just such section.
