Examples of Seller Required Governmental Approvals in a sentence

  • Seller shall have received (or made, as the case may be), in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Seller, all Governmental Approvals required by Seller under Governmental Rules and as set forth in Schedule 4.1(c) hereto, for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement with respect to the Assets and the Related Agreements (the “Seller Required Governmental Approvals”), and such Seller Required Governmental Approvals shall be in full force and effect.
