Seller Real Property definition

Seller Real Property means the Owned Real Property and the Leased Real Property.

Seller Real Property means the real property more particularly described on Schedule 5.11(a) hereto.

Seller Real Property shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.10(a).

Seller Real Property means all of the right, title and interest in real property owned, used or leased by Seller, including the real property interests set forth on Schedule 1.1(c) hereto. "Seller's 401(k) Plan" has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 hereof.
