Seller Group Member definition

Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.

Seller Group Member means the Seller, each of its affiliates and directors, officers, employees, agents and shareholders, and its respective successors and assigns.

Seller Group Member means any of them individually.

• Each Seller Group Member understands that the provisions of this Section 11.03 limits the ability of such Seller Group Member and its Affiliates to invest in or otherwise be engaged with or by a business similar to the business of the Group Companies.

More Definitions of Seller Group Member

Seller Group Member means (a) each Seller and (b) the successors and assigns of each Seller.

Seller Group Member means Parent and Seller, each of their directors and officers and each of their respective Affiliates and their respective successors and assigns.

Seller Group Member means Seller, its Affiliates, each of their successors and assigns, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives.

Seller Group Member means any member of the Seller Group.

Seller Group Member shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.11(e).
