Seller Entities definition

Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.
Seller Entities means the Seller and its affiliates other than the Buyer Entities;
Seller Entities means, collectively, the Enumerated Seller Entities and any other Subsidiary or Affiliate of Seller participating in or that has participated in the Business or that owns or holds assets used in the Business.
