Seller Contract definition

Seller Contract any Contract (a) under which Seller has or may acquire any rights or benefits; (b) under which Seller has or may become subject to any obligation or liability; or (c) by which Seller or any of the assets owned or used by Seller is or may become bound.
Seller Contract means any Contract: (a) to which the Seller is a party; (b) by which the Seller or any of its assets is or may become bound or under which the Seller has, or may become subject to, any obligation; or (c) under which the Seller has or may acquire any right or interest.
Seller Contract means any Contract to which Seller is a party.

Seller Contract means any Contract arising primarily from or related primarily to the Business or the Purchased Assets to which the Seller or one of its Subsidiaries is a party, under which the Seller or any of its Subsidiaries may have any rights or by which the Seller, any of its Subsidiaries, the Business or any of the Purchased Assets may be bound.
