  • All documents which Purchaser shall deliver shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Seller and Seller's counsel.

  • At Closing, Seller shall pay the commission due, if any, to Seller's Broker, which shall be paid pursuant to a separate agreement between Seller and Seller's Broker.

  • Seller shall pay any brokerage commission due to Seller's Broker in accordance with the separate agreement between Seller and Seller's Broker.
