Self−service storage facility means real property con- taining leased spaces but does not include a warehouse or other facility if the operator of the warehouse or facility issues a ware- house receipt, bill of lading or other document of title for personal property stored in the leased spaces.

  • Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.

  • Destination facility means a facility that treats, disposes of, or recycles a particular category of universal waste, except those management activities described in § 7-912(d)(3). A facility at which a particular category of universal waste is only accumulated, is not a destination facility for purposes of managing that category of universal waste.
