Seed treatment definition

Seed treatment means the application of pesticides, except fumigants, to seed for the control of insects and disease organisms.
Seed treatment means any and all uses or applications of Active Ingredients, Formulations, Equipment, and Other Products and/or Services, in connection with seeds or stored grains for agricultural purposes, whether now existing or hereinafter developed.
Seed treatment means the use of any product or active ingredient (with or without other active ingredients or components), including those set forth on Section 1.1(o) to the Descartes Disclosure Schedules, in a biologically effective amount in a formulation that is applied, before planting, to seeds used to grow any crops or plants.
