Seed Capital Investors definition

Seed Capital Investors means the investor of Seed Capital;
Seed Capital Investors. Those investors in Illini that are shown on attached Exhibit A and hold units in Illini as of the date of this Agreement.

  • Co-Investors means each of (a) the Fund and the Fund Affiliates (excluding any of their portfolio companies) and (b) the Management Group.

  • Carlyle means Carlyle Investment Management, LLC.

  • Capital Increase has the meaning given in clause 3.2(a);

  • Lead Investor means Empery Asset Master, Ltd.

  • PIPE Investment has the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.

  • Initial Investment : means the amount that you initially subscribed to invest into the Plan.

  • Blackstone means Blackstone Capital Partners V L.P. and its Affiliates.

  • Alternative investment means an investment in a private equity fund, venture fund, hedge fund, or absolute return fund.
