SEDAR Filing Services definition

SEDAR Filing Services means those services consisting of the licensed use of one copy of the SEDAR Filer Software installed on a single personal computer of the Subscriber, with the related network access, network usage, server access and usage and support services supplied by or on behalf of the ASC, which, together with Subscriber’s computer operating environment as specified in the SEDAR Filer Manual, enable the Subscriber to file or otherwise submit, in Electronic Format, Document(s) as required or permitted by the Securities Legislation and/or Securities Directions and/or MC Filing Requirements of any jurisdiction in Canada and which enable the Subscriber to transmit Payment Authorizations and to access databases for search and retrieval in electronic form of Electronic Filings, transmit e-mail communications among SEDAR subscribers, Securities Regulatory Authorities and Market Centres, and access server workspaces for storage of electronic information;

Examples of SEDAR Filing Services in a sentence

  • Before making an electronic filing through SEDAR, the electronic filer or its filing agent shall become a filing service subscriber by furnishing an Application For SEDAR Filing Services on SEDAR Form 1 to the SEDAR filing service contractor and entering into the Filing Service Subscriber's Agreement on SEDAR Form 2.

  • In order to register, an applicant must complete the Application for SEDAR Filing Services set forth as SEDAR Form 1 in Appendix O to this Manual.

  • After the subscriber's Application For SEDAR Filing Services has been received, the filing service contractor will assign "access codes" to the subscriber based on the system access requirements provided by the subscriber.

  • A subscriber will receive a single subscriber ID for each Application For SEDAR Filing Services submitted.

Related to SEDAR Filing Services

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Counseling services means services provided by qualified social workers, psychologists, guidance counselors, or other qualified personnel.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Independent living services means services and activities provided to a child in foster care 14 years

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Transition Services Agreement means a transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C to be entered into between Seller and Purchaser at the Closing.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Transition Services means a coordinated set of activities for a child with a disability that:

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Corporate Services Agreement means the corporate services agreement dated on or about the Closing Date between the Issuer and the Corporate Services Provider, together with any agreement for the time being in force amending or supplementing such agreement.
