Security Wrongful Act means any act, error, or omission committed by “You” or a person or entity for which “You” are legally responsible, including an independent contractor or outsourcing organization, in the conduct of “ Computer Systems” security and the protection of the security and confidentiality of “Your” customer records or information, that results in:

Examples of Security Wrongful Act in a sentence

  • The Insurer shall reimburse, or pay on behalf of the Insured Organisation, Public Relations Expenses, resulting from a Privacy and Security Wrongful Act, Discovered during the Period of Insurance.

  • Uniform Commercial Code means the New York Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time.
