SECURITY TRUST FUND definition

SECURITY TRUST FUND means any property and benefits which the Security Trustee holds on trust for the Secured Creditors under this Deed including, without limitation, all the right, title and interest of the Security Trustee in connection with the Charge and any property which represents the proceeds of sale of any such property or proceeds of enforcement of the Charge.
SECURITY TRUST FUND means all property rights and assets which are or become subject to the Security Trust (including, without limitation, the rights established by this Deed and each Collateral Security against the Company and any property or proceeds coming into the Security Trustee's hands under any such security or to which it is or becomes entitled under this Deed or any Collateral Security).

  • Security Trust Agreement means that certain security trust agreement dated on or about the Merger Closing Date made between the Security Trustee and the Lenders and relating to the appointment of the Security Trustee as trustee of the Security.

  • Grantor Trust means a Trust other than a RIC.

  • Collateral Trust Agreement means that certain Collateral Trust Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by and among Collateral Trustee and Lenders, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • PFPC Trust means PFPC Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of PFPC Trust Company.

  • Successor Property Trustee has the meaning specified in Section 6.6(b).

  • Trust Account Property means the Trust Accounts, all amounts and investments held from time to time in any Trust Account (whether in the form of deposit accounts, Physical Property, book-entry securities, uncertificated securities or otherwise), and all proceeds of the foregoing.

  • Trust Fund The trust fund established by the Trust Agreement, the assets of which consist of the Mortgage Loans and any other assets as set forth therein. Trustee: U.S. Bank National Association, or any successor in interest, or if any successor trustee or co-trustee shall be appointed as provided in the Trust Agreement, then such successor trustee or such co-trustee, as the case may be.

  • Secured Creditor means the Trustee, the Margin Loan Provider and the holders of the ETP Securities.

  • Note A-1 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Grantor Trust Provisions Subpart E of part I of subchapter J of the Code and Treasury Regulations Section 301.7701-4(c).

  • Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Trust Account means the trust account established by the Company upon the consummation of its IPO and into which a certain amount of the net proceeds of the IPO, together with a certain amount of the proceeds of a private placement of warrants simultaneously with the closing date of the IPO, will be deposited.

  • Trust Property means any and all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, that is from time to time owned or held by or for the account of the Trust; and

  • Trust Collateral Agent means such successor Person.
