  • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any provision in these Security Terms and any provision in the Agreement, the provision in these Security Terms shall take precedence, unless the provision in the Agreement expressly references and supersedes the conflicting or inconsistent provision in these Security Terms.

  • During such retention, these Security Terms will remain in effect with respect to any such retained Data.
