Security Standards definition

Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.
Security Standards means the Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic Protected Health Information as set forth in 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164.
Security Standards means the Security Standards at 45 CFR parts 160, 162 and 164, as amended by the HITECH Act and HIPAA Regulations and Guidance.

Security Standards means the Standards for the Security of Electronic Protected Health Information, as set forth in 45 CFR Parts 160 and 162 and Part 164, Subpart C.
