Security Sharing Agreement definition

Security Sharing Agreement means the security sharing agreement entered into on June 24, 2013, by and among the Bank, as Seller, Servicer and Cash Manager, the Guarantor LP and the Bond Trustee, as the same may be amended, varied, supplemented, restated or extended from time to time;

Security Sharing Agreement means the security sharing agreement entered into on the Programme Date by and among the Seller, the Guarantor, the Bond Trustee and the Custodian (as amended and/or restated and/or supplemented from time to time);

Security Sharing Agreement means the security sharing agreement to be entered into between, among others, the Company and the Finance Parties in an agreed form in accordance with the Agreed Security Principles.

• If one or more provisions of this agreement, or the application of any provision to any party or circumstance is held invalid, unenforceable, or illegal in any respect, the remainder of the agreement and the application of the provision to other parties or circumstances shall remain valid and in full force and effect.
