Security Rate. As specified in the Terms Schedule.
Security Rate means, with respect to any Series of Securities (or, for any Series with more than one Class, for each Class of such Series), the percentage (or formula on the basis of which such rate shall be determined) stated in the related Supplement.

Examples of Security Rate in a sentence

  • For Auction Periods of 180 days or less, the applicable United States Treasury Security Rate is for 91-day United States Treasury securities, and for Auction Periods of more than 180 days, the applicable United States Treasury Security Rate is for one-year United States Treasury securities.

  • For purposes of calculating any Lump Sum payment under this Plan, the following actuarial assumptions shall be used: The mortality assumption shall be the Internal Revenue Service Single Life Table under Section 1.401(a)(9)-9 of the Treasury Regulations and the interest rate assumption shall be the average 30 Year Treasury Security Rate published in the Internal Revenue Bulletin for the month prior to the month in which the Participant’s Separation from Service occurs.

Related to Security Rate

  • Security Requirement means the amount in Dollars (as certified by the Agent whose certificate shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding on the Borrowers and the Creditors) which is, at any relevant time:

  • Collateral Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate specified in the Loan Agreement.

  • Day Rate means the rate per day per grade tendered by the Supplier in the Supplier’s proposal that shall never be exceeded within this Contract;

  • Security Requirements means the requirements regarding the security of Personal Data, as set out in the Data Protection Laws (including, in particular, the seventh data protection principle of the DPA and/ or the measures set out in Article 32(1) of the GDPR (taking due account of the matters described in Article 32(2) of the GDPR)) as applicable;

  • Penalty Rate means the Stated Rate plus two percent (2.00%) per annum of the Liquidation Price of each share of Series A Preferred Stock.

  • Discount Net Mortgage Rate As defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Net Mortgage Rate With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or the related REO Property) as of any date of determination, a per annum rate of interest equal to the then applicable Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan minus the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Reference Bond Rate means, with respect to any date of redemption, the rate per annum equal to the annual or semi-annual yield (as the case may be) to maturity or interpolated yield to maturity (on the relevant day count basis) of the Reference Bond, assuming a price for the Reference Bond (expressed as a percentage of its nominal amount) equal to the Reference Bond Price for such date of redemption;

  • Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the applicable Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Due Period, weighted on the basis of their respective Stated Principal Balances as of the first day of such Due Period (after giving effect to any payments received during any applicable grace period).

  • Recovery Rate means, in relation to any UK Four institution the percentage of the original face value of senior unsecured debt obligations of the affected UK Four institution, as derived by the Calculation Agent from either the ISDA Auction Final Price or the Market Value.

  • Security Rule means the Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic Protected Health Information at 45 C.F.R. part 160 and part 164, subpart A and C.

  • Secured Leverage Ratio means, on any date, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Secured Debt as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the Test Period as of such date.
