Security Plan definition

Security Plan means the Contractor’s security plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of Schedule (Security Requirements & Plan)
Security Plan means the Contractor's Security Plan prepared pursuant to the Client’s instructions.
Security Plan means the Contractor’s description of the plans in place that describe the personnel, physical and information assets. It should include, but not be implemented, instructions on responding to threats, suspicious items or events, evacuation and business continuity plans and communications and enquiry handling plans.

  • The Service Provider shall provide the Purchaser with the results of such reviews as soon as reasonably practicable after their completion and amend the Security Plan at no additional cost to the Purchaser.

  • Each Party shall promptly notify the other in accordance with the agreed security incident management process as defined by the Security Plan upon becoming aware that a Breach of Security or attempted or potential Breach of Security has or may have taken place.

  • The Service Provider shall update the Security Plan in accordance with any comments from the Purchaser, and shall review and revise the Security Plan regularly (or as per such other time period as agreed between the Parties) all in accordance with paragraph 4 (such updates shall incorporate any comments received from the Purchaser).

  • If any action is taken in response to a Breach of Security or potential or attempted Breach of Security that demonstrates non-compliance of the Security Plan with the Baseline Security Standards or the requirements of this Schedule, then any required change to the Security Plan shall be at no cost to the Purchaser.

Security Plan means the security plan developed by the City in cooperation with the USDHS and its subsidiary agencies and divisions, including, but not limited to, the USSS, and in cooperation with other appropriate federal, state and local law enforcement and emergency services agencies, and in consultation with the DNC and the Host Committee for the provision of police, fire, security, bomb disposal and emergency and rescue services in and around the Convention Facilities and at all official Convention- related meetings and activities in the Metropolitan Area.
Security Plan means a plan as described by OAR 845-025-1030, 845-025-1400 and 845-025-1405 that fully describes how an applicant will comply with applicable laws and rules regarding security.¶
