Security Person definition

Security Person. An employee employed to provide security services for the facility. “Home Support Worker” An employee employed to perform duties specifically requested by residents in their own homes. i.e. holder of an Occupation Right Agreement including Serviced Apartments.
Security Person means a natural person who monitors the entrance and other areas of a late night entertainment establishment for purposes of, among others, monitoring compliance with the licensee’s occupancy load, identifying underage persons, identifying noticeably intoxicated persons, enforcing the rules and regulations of the business and otherwise providing security for the licensee and its patrons.
