Security Payment definition

Security Payment means a security payment specified in Clause 7.3 of the Preliminary Agreement that is a way to secure performance of the Lessee’s obligations under and in connection with the Preliminary Agreement, in the meaning specified in Article 381.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Security Payment means Security Payment 1 or Security Payment 2, as applicable.
Security Payment means money received by, and that is gross income of, the holder of a security arrangement for any loss suffered because that arrangement is not performed. A “security arrangement” is a financial arrangement that secures the holder against failure of a person to perform their obligations under another arrangement. That other arrangement does not need to be a financial arrangement. A payment made under a guarantee is a security payment.

  • The Company may, upon request, revise the due date by up to ten (10) calendar days, provided that the Customer applies for and is accepted by the Company as a participant in the Social Security Payment Plan.

Security Payment means the amount which we may ask you to provide us within advance to secure a Trade;

Security Payment means the security payment applicable in cases specified in Clauses 7.3.4, 7.3.5 hereof and represents a way to ensure the Lessee’s performance of its obligations hereunder and in connection herewith in the meaning established in Article 381.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Security Payment means an amount which we may ask you to provide us in advance to secure a Contract;
Security Payment is funds transferred to the Agent by Offline Cashback Partner to credit the bonus remuneration (Cashback) to the Partner’s Customers, and to pay the Agent Commission; “Personal Account” is a program interface of interaction between the Partner and the Agent, which contains the data on statistics and other information as to Cashback Program and provides the opportunity of remote interaction between the Parties within the scope of the Agreement, available to the Partner following the authorization by means of his/her login and password on the Web Service website, including by means of applications.
Security Payment means, together, the First Part of the Security Payment and the Second Part of the Security Payment; Certain information in this document has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 24b-2 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
