Security Official definition

Security Official means the person appointed by the PEBP on behalf of the Plan who is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the HIPAA data security policies and procedures required for the Plan in accordance with 45 CFR Section 164.308(a)(2).

  • Party official means any person who holds an elective or appointive post in a political party in the United States or this state, by virtue of which the person directs, conducts, or participates in directing or conducting party affairs at any level of responsibility.
