  • Long-term transmission rights may be curtailed in the event of Force Majeure, or to ensure operation remains within Operational Security Limits in accordance with the FCA Regulation and the HAR.

  • In cases of curtailment to ensure operation remains within Operational Security Limits before the Day Ahead Firmness Deadline, the SAP Operator shall compensate the long-term transmission rights holder in accordance with the HAR.
