Security Incident(s) means the breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Company Personal Data attributable to Service Provider.
Security Incident(s) has the meaning set forth in 45 C.F.R. § 164.304, as amended from time to time, and generally means the attempted or successful unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of information or interference with systems operations in an information system.

Security Incident(s) means the unauthorized access, use or disclosure of Customer Personal Data.
Security Incident(s).
