Security Incident Notification definition

Security Incident Notification means a notification of a Security Incident to be given by Recipient to Discloser as required under clause 38 and in accordance with the Security Incident Response.
Security Incident Notification means identification and notification of security incidents that XcellHost SOC team will identify based on the customer’s business requirements, network configuration, and security agent configuration. All events are classified as Severity 1, 2 and 3 level Security Incidents based on security agent event data received by the S- SOC.

  • Security Incident Notification and Responsibilities: Vendor shall inform Customer of any Security Incident or Data Breach Vendor may need to communicate with outside parties regarding a Security Incident, which may include contacting law enforcement, fielding media inquiries and seeking external expertise as mutually agreed upon, defined by law or contained in the Contract.

  • All Security Incidents are subject to the Security Incident Notification terms below.

  • In such an event, the Security Incident Notification shall be made within a reasonable time after the discovery of the Security Incident.

  • The SI shall notify the MTA of any Security Incident in the most expedient time possible and in any event, in all instances, the notice shall be provided within the shorter of (i) twelve (12) hours after the suspicion or discovery of a Security Incident, and (ii) the time requirements set out in applicable MTA policy (each, a "Security Incident Notification").

  • The Security Incident Notification shall be sent via email simultaneously to the Engineer and those other designees that the MTA may identify from time to time (collectively, the "Key Incident Contacts").

  • Security Incident means the attempted or successful unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of information or interference with system operations in an information system.

  • Unsuccessful Security Incident means a Security Incident such as routine occurrences that do not result in unauthorized Access, Use, Disclosure, modification, or destruction of information or interference with system operations in an Information System, such as: (i) unsuccessful attempts to penetrate computer networks or services maintained by Business Associate; and (ii) immaterial incidents such as pings and other broadcast attacks on Business Associate's firewall, port scans, unsuccessful log-on attempts, denials of service and any combination of the above with respect to Business Associate’s Information System.

  • Data Incident means a breach of Google’s security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Customer Data on systems managed by or otherwise controlled by Google.

  • Critical incident means an occurrence or set of events inconsistent with the routine operation of a facility, service setting, or otherwise routine care of a consumer. Critical incidents specifically include but are not necessarily limited to the following: adverse drug events; self-destructive behavior; deaths and injuries to consumers, staff and visitors; medication errors; residential consumers that are absent without leave (AWOL); neglect or abuse of a consumer; fire; unauthorized disclosure of information; damage to or theft of property belonging to consumers or the facility; other unexpected occurrences; or events potentially subject to litigation. A critical incident may involve multiple individuals or results.

  • Security Breach means the unauthorized acquisition of or access to Customer Data by an unauthorized person that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of Customer Data, including instances in which internal personnel access systems in excess of their user rights or use systems inappropriately. “Security Breach” shall also be deemed to include any breach of security, confidentiality, or privacy as defined by any applicable law, rule, regulation, or order.

  • Security Interest means any mortgage, charge, pledge, hypothec, security interest, assignment, lien (statutory or otherwise), privilege, easement, servitude and any other encumbrance of any nature or any other arrangement or condition which, in substance, secures payment or performance of an obligation;
