Security Fund definition

Security Fund means a letter of credit, security deposit, or comparable form of equivalent financial assurance.

Security Fund means the Water Development Security Fund created in Section 73-10c-5.

More Definitions of Security Fund

Security Fund means the letter of credit, escrow fund, guaranty and/or other collateral that a Party is required to establish and maintain, pursuant to Article 11, as security for its performance under this PPA.
