Security Enforcement Action definition

Security Enforcement Action has the meaning given in Schedule A of the CSAA.
Security Enforcement Action means the taking of any steps to enforce or require the enforcement of any Transaction Security (including the crystallisation of any floating charge forming part of the Transaction Security) or any right or remedy under any Security Document.

  • enforcement order means an administrative requirement issued by the department under the authority of RCW 90.48.120 that directs a public body to complete a specified course of action within an explicit period to achieve compliance with the provisions of chapter 90.48 RCW.

  • Pledge Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Pledge Agreement.

  • Basic Collateral Agency Agreement means the Amended and Restated Basic Collateral Agency Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2009, among Daimler Trust, the Administrative Agent, Daimler Title Co., as collateral agent, and MBFS USA, as lender and as servicer.
