Security Documentation definition

Security Documentation means the Security Documentation applicable to the specific Services purchased by Client, as updated from time to time, and as made reasonably available by Securiti.
Security Documentation means all documents and information made available by Google under Section 7.5.1 (Reviews of Security Documentation).
Security Documentation means the certificate issued for the ISO 27001 Certification and any other security certifications or documentation that Google may make available in respect of the Processor Services.

  • To demonstrate compliance by Google with its obligations under this Addendum, Google will make the Security Documentation available for review by Customer and, if Customer is a processor, allow Customer to request access to the SOC Reports for the relevant controller in accordance with Section 7.5.3 (Additional Business Terms for Reviews and Audits).

  • Customer may conduct an audit to verify Google’s compliance with its obligations under this Addendum by reviewing the Security Documentation (which reflects the outcome of audits conducted by Google’s Third- Party Auditor).


More Definitions of Security Documentation

Security Documentation means the Security Documentation applicable to the specific Services purchased by Customer, as updated from time to time, and accessible via ClickDimensions’ webpage, or as otherwise made reasonably available by ClickDimensions.
Security Documentation means collective reference to the Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents and all other documents, instruments or agreements which are executed or delivered by or on behalf of Borrower and accepted by Agent Bank, on behalf of the Lenders, as security for payment of the Bank Facilities.
