  • To the extent possible, the Security Deposit Account shall be fully insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

  • All security deposits and other funds received by Manager shall be promptly deposited in the Security Deposit Account and at all times be the property of Owner, subject to Owner’s obligation to refund the same to tenants if and when required by the leases.
