Security Collateral definition

Security Collateral with respect to any Granting Party, collectively, the Collateral (if any) and the Pledged Collateral (if any) of such Granting Party.
Security Collateral has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).
Security Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(a).
