Security Arrangements definition

Security Arrangements has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

Security Arrangements means any of the Decommissioning Security Arrangements or any other arrangement requiring that a Borrower issue a letter of credit or otherwise provide security.

Security Arrangements means the Traders as a body taking on the responsibility of hiring a security firm to guard their stock whenever the Market is closed to the public and unstaffed by LCC personnel.
