Security Areas definition

Security Areas shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.2.
Security Areas shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.1 hereof.

Examples of Security Areas in a sentence

  • Tenant shall be permitted to install additional locks or other access control devices in the Leased Premises provided Tenant furnishes Landlord with a duplicate set of keys or a master key and/or access cards to all such locks other than those locks securing Security Areas.

  • Notwithstanding anything set forth in this ARTICLE 27 to the contrary, Landlord shall have no access or inspection rights as to the Security Areas, except in the event of an emergency where such entry is reasonably required.

  • Tenant may, subject to Landlord's prior approval, designate certain areas of the Premises as "Security Areas" should Tenant require such areas for the purpose of securing certain valuable property or confidential information.

  • Landlord shall be relieved of all obligations under this Lease it cannot perform with respect to Security Areas and to areas it should have been, but was not, provided a key and/or access card and Tenant shall indemnify and defend and hold Landlord and its agents harmless from and against all liability, claims, loss, cost, damage or expense incurred by Landlord or its agents as a result thereof.

  • Tenant shall be permitted to install additional locks or other access control devices in the Premises provided Tenant furnishes Landlord with a duplicate set of keys or a master key and/or access cards to all such locks other than those locks securing Security Areas (defined in Article 12).

  • Landlord shall observe any and all reasonable rules and regulations that Tenant may adopt as respects access to the Special Security Areas.

  • Notwithstanding anything set forth in this Article 27 to the contrary, Landlord shall have no access or inspection rights as to the Security Areas, except in the event of an emergency where such entry is reasonably required.

  • Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, unless otherwise instructed by Tenant in writing, Landlord shall not enter areas designated by Tenant as high security areas (the “Security Areas”) (provided Tenant has furnished Landlord with prior written notice of the location of the Security Areas) unless (a) Landlord shows reasonable cause and provides twenty-four (24) hours advance notice, or (b) an emergency situation exists in respect of which emergency situation the provisions of Section 7.02 shall apply.

  • The amount of the purchase price shall be reduced by the amount of debt and liabilities of Business Manager, if any, assumed by Practice.

  • Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, unless otherwise instructed by Tenant in writing, Landlord shall not enter areas designated by Tenant as high security areas (the "Security Areas") (provided Tenant has furnished Landlord with prior written notice of the location of the Security Areas) unless (a) Landlord shows reasonable cause and provides forty-eight (48) hours advance notice, or (b) an emergency situation exists in respect of which emergency situation the provisions of Section 3.2 shall apply.

Related to Security Areas

  • Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.

  • Landlord Personal Property Collateral Access Agreement means a Landlord Waiver and Consent Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit L, with such amendments, modifications or supplements thereto as may be approved by the Administrative Agent.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Fixtures means those leasehold improvements, additions, alterations and installations constituting all or a part of Bank Premises and which were acquired, added, built, installed or purchased at the expense of the Failed Bank, regardless of the holder of legal title thereto as of Bank Closing.

  • Control Area(s) means an electric power system or combination of electric power systems to which a common automatic generation control scheme is applied.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • Buildings means any and all buildings, structures, garages, utility sheds, workrooms, air conditioning towers, open parking areas and other improvements, and any and all additions, alterations, betterments or appurtenances thereto, now or at any time hereafter situated, placed or constructed upon the Land or any part thereof.

  • Security System means the building access control system developed by Manager and known as the O.P.E.N.centrix - Open Platform for Essential Networks, which includes, without limitation, the Application Software, the firmware containing the Application Software, the O.P.E.N.cortex platform software and all hardware related thereto;

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Personal Property Collateral means all Collateral other than Real Property.

  • Security Assets means any asset which is the subject of a Security Interest created by a Security Document.

  • Secured Area means an area to which only authorized representatives of the entity possessing the Confidential Information have access. Secured Areas may include buildings, rooms or locked storage containers (such as a filing cabinet) within a room, as long as access to the Confidential Information is not available to unauthorized personnel.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Security Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Security Agreement.
