Securitization Entities definition

Securitization Entities has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Securitization Entities means, collectively, the Master Issuer and the Guarantors, and each Subsidiary thereof.
Securitization Entities means, collectively, the Co-Issuers and the Guarantors.

Examples of Securitization Entities in a sentence

  • All such insurance is primary coverage, all premiums therefor due on or before the date hereof have been paid in full, and the terms and conditions thereof are no less favorable to the Securitization Entities than the terms and conditions of insurance maintained by their Affiliates that are not Securitization Entities.

  • All policies of insurance of the Securitization Entities are in full force and effect and the Securitization Entities are in compliance with the terms of such policies in all material respects.

  • The Securitization Entities: (x) are, and within the period of all applicable statutes of limitation have been, in compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws, (y) hold all Environmental Permits (each of which is in full force and effect) required for their current operations and (z) are, and within the period of all applicable statutes of limitation have been, in compliance with all of their Environmental Permits.

  • None of the Securitization Entities has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business at a cost that would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • There is no judicial, administrative, or arbitral proceeding (including, without limitation, any notice of violation or alleged violation) under or relating to any Environmental Law to which any Securitization Entity is, or to the knowledge of the Securitization Entities will be, named as a party that is pending or, to the knowledge of the Securitization Entities, threatened.


More Definitions of Securitization Entities

Securitization Entities means, collectively, the Securitization Issuers, the Securitization Guarantors, the Tower Notes Asset Entities and any other Asset Entities (as such term or any analogous term is defined in the applicable Securitization Indenture).

Securitization Entities means (a) Colony American Finance 2015-1, Ltd., an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands, (b) Colony American Finance 2015-1, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (c) Colony American Finance 2016-1, Ltd., an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands, (d) Colony American Finance 2016-1, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (e) Colony American Finance 2016-2, Ltd., an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands, and (f) Colony American Finance 2016-2, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Securitization Entities means, collectively, the Issuers and the Guarantors.
Securitization Entities means each of TPG Holdings I FundingCo, L.P., TPG Holdings II FundingCo, L.P., TPG Holdings III FundingCo, L.P., TPG Holdings I FinanceCo, L.P., TPG Holdings II FinanceCo, L.P., TPG Holdings III FinanceCo, L.P., TPG Holdings I FundingCo GP, LLC, TPG Holdings II FundingCo GP, LLC, TPG Holdings III FundingCo GP, LLC, TPG Holdings I FinanceCo GP, LLC, TPG Holdings II FinanceCo GP, LLC and TPG Holdings III FinanceCo GP, LLC and any other entity formed for the purpose of engaging in or facilitating structured or securitization financing and other activities reasonably related thereto (whether now existing or formed after the issue date of the Initial Notes).
Securitization Entities means, collectively, the Issuer, the Franchise Entities and the Guarantors. For the avoidance of doubt, FAT Brands does not and shall not at any time constitute a “Securitization Entity”.
