Securitization Date definition

Securitization Date means the effective date on which the Securitization of the first Note or portion thereof is consummated.
Securitization Date means, with respect to a Securitization, the effective date on which such Securitization is consummated.
Securitization Date means the effective date on which the Lead Securitization is consummated.

  • Prior to the Lead Securitization Date, the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than the Notes, which will be held by the respective Note Holders or their designated custodians) will be held by the Initial Agent (or a duly appointed interim servicer or custodian on its behalf) on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.
