Securities Holdings means common stock, preferred stock, other capital stock, beneficial interest in trust, membership interest in limited liability companies and other Equity Interests in entities (other than consolidated and unconsolidated subsidiaries) such that the aggregate basis of such interests is calculated on the basis of lower of cost or market value.
