Securities Guarantee definition

Securities Guarantee means each guarantee of the obligations of the Company under this Indenture and the Securities by a Guarantor in accordance with the provisions hereof.

Securities Guarantee means each guarantee of the obligations of the Partnership under this Indenture and the Securities by a Guarantor in accordance with the provisions hereof.

Securities Guarantee means each Guarantee of the obligations with respect to the Securities issued by a Guarantor pursuant to the term of this Indenture.
