Securities Exchange Agreement definition

Securities Exchange Agreement means the securities exchange agreement dated January 26, 2012 among Cub, Pelicourt, Gastek and Mikhail Afendikov, Andreas Tserni, Valentin Bortnik and Robert Bensh, which provided for the Gastek-Cub Transaction;
Securities Exchange Agreement means the Securities Exchange Agreement dated November 5, 2020, as amended from time to time, of the Company in respect of the MRP Shares.
