Securities and Other Property definition

Securities and Other Property means any and all securities and other personal Property of the Borrower in the custody, possession or control of the Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co. or their respective Subsidiaries and Affiliates (other than Property held by the Bank in a fiduciary capacity); and (c) the termBank Debt” means all indebtedness at any time owing by the Bank, to or for the credit or account of the Borrower and any claim of the Borrower (whether individual, joint and several or otherwise) against the Bank now or hereafter existing.
Securities and Other Property means securities or other property held, carried or maintained by Vision, in Vision’s possession and control, for any purpose, in your Account, including any account in which you may have an interest. “Securities and other property” includes, without limitation, money, securities and financial instruments of every kind and nature, and related contracts and options.
Securities and Other Property means securities or other property held, carried or maintained by Vision or any of its affiliates, in Vision’s or any of its affiliates’ posses- sion and control, for any purpose, in your Account, including any account in which you may have an interest. “Securities and other property” includes, without limitation, money, securities and financial instruments of every kind and nature, and related contracts and options.

  • Securities and other property held in the undersigned’s retirement account(s) maintained by Xxxxxxxx, which may include Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) or qualified plans, are not subject to this general lien and such securities or other property may only be used to satisfy the undersigned’s indebtedness or other obligations to your Introducing Firm and/or Pershing related to the undersigned’s retirement account(s).

More Definitions of Securities and Other Property

Securities and Other Property means securities or other property, held, carried, or maintained by RQD, in RQD’s possession and control, for any purpose, in your Account. “Securities and other property” includes, without limitation, money, securities, and financial instruments of every kind and nature, and related contracts and options.

Securities and Other Property means any securities entitlements, securities accounts, investment property, financial assets and all securities and other property of the Guarantor in the custody, possession or control of the Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates (other than property held by the Bank in a fiduciary capacity); and (c) the termBank Debt” means all indebtedness at any time owing by the Bank to or for the credit or account of the Guarantor and any claim of the Guarantor (whether individual, joint and several or otherwise) against the Bank now or hereafter existing.
Securities and Other Property means securities of all kinds; monies; metal currencies; derivatives, options and other structured products; commodities; certificates of deposit; contracts for the future delivery of, or otherwise relating to, securities; and all property usually and customarily dealt in by banks or investment firms; “Holdings” means all holdings of the Account, whether assets, liabilities or otherwise; “Transaction” means any purchase, sale, trade, loan, conversion, redemptio n, borrowing, pledge, repurchase, reverse repurchase, swap, exchange, option, other derivatives transaction or other transaction of any kind involving the Account or any Holding; “Parties” means the Client and the Bank; “Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank or any Affiliate “ means any office wherever located of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank or of any affiliate or subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, including any member of the Crédit Agricole Group; “Agent” means any director, officer, employee, broker, dealer, correspondent, depository, custodian, sub-custodian, futures commission merchant, nominee or other representative or agent of any kind that performs a function or service for or on behalf of the bank, or at its request, in connection with the Account or any Transaction; and “Investment Guidelines” means the guidelines established by the Client in the Investment Questionnaire and the Investment Objectives for Discretionary Accounts. The Bank, when acting as agent or principal under this Agreement, whether directly or indirectly through any of its Agents, is referred to herein as the “Bank.” Any reference herein to the Bank making any decision, entering into any transaction and/or taking or refraining from taking any action shall be understood to refer to the Bank doing so directly and/or through any of its Agents. All capitalized terms used and not defined in this Agreement have the same meanings as elsewhere in the General Account Terms and Conditions.
