The Company shall prepare for and deliver to the Trustee, the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator a statement with respect to each such REO Property that has been rented showing the aggregate rental income received and all expenses incurred in connection with the management and maintenance of such REO Property at such times as is necessary to enable the Securities Administrator to comply with the reporting requirements of the REMIC Provisions.
Any cost incurred by the Company in maintaining any such insurance shall not, for the purpose of calculating monthly distributions to the Certificateholders or remittances to the Securities Administrator for their benefit, be added to the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan, notwithstanding that the terms of the EMC Mortgage Loan so permit.
For purposes of remittances to the Securities Administrator pursuant to this Agreement, the Company shall be deemed to have received a payment on an EMC Mortgage Loan when a subservicer has received such payment.
