Securities Accounts definition

Securities Accounts. (i) shall mean all “securities accounts” as defined in Article 8 of the UCC and (ii) shall include, without limitation, all of the accounts listed on Schedule 4.4(A) under the heading “Securities Accounts” (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time).

• The Bonds will be registered for the Bondholders on their respective Securities Accounts and no physical notes will be issued.

• The Bonds will be registered for the Bondholders on their respective Securities Accounts and no physical bonds will be issued.

• The Bonds will be registered for the Holders on their respective Securities Accounts and no physical Bonds will be issued.

• Shareholders who deposit their share certificate(s) in respect of the Offer Shares beneficially owned by them with CDP during this period may not have their respective Securities Accounts credited with the relevant number of Offer Shares in time for them to accept the Offer.
